CLAY & CULTIVAR / YOUR INFORMATION

Your privacy.

When you send an inquiry, Clay & Cultivar stores your name, email, business name and message so we can respond. Please do not include card details or sensitive personal information in your message.

Orders and delivery

We record product requests, confirmed orders and delivery updates. These records can include your contact details, purchased items, quoted totals, order status, delivery dates and tracking details where applicable. Your account uses these records to show recent orders and buying patterns.

Payments are arranged separately while online checkout is unavailable. If Shopify is connected, it handles online checkout and payment processing. This website does not collect card details.

Your account

We store your email, name, email verification status and account records on our servers. Sign-in links arrive by email, and a secure session cookie keeps you signed in. You can add an authenticator for an additional sign-in check. Administrator access also requires an authenticator.

Specials and email

We send sign-in links, inquiry acknowledgements and order or delivery updates to the address you provide. Monthly offers require signup. We record your preference so you receive eligible customer or partner offers, and you can unsubscribe through your account or the link in an offer email.

Service providers

Site and order records are stored on infrastructure managed by Clay & Cultivar. Resend processes our email messages. If you follow an Amazon link, Amazon’s privacy and purchasing terms apply.

Security and storage

Administrative access is restricted, and request limits help reduce automated abuse. Your shopping bag stays in page memory and clears when you leave or reload. Store records and recovery backups are retained while needed for customer service, security and order administration.

Questions and requests

Use the storefront inquiry form to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information. Information needed to maintain transaction records may need to be retained.
